6. Google Ads API Data Access (CIRRIUS LeadBridge)
CIRRIUS LeadBridge is an application built and operated by CIRRIUS Business. It accesses data through the Google Ads API on behalf of clients whose Google Ads account has been linked to CIRRIUS Business’s manager account, with the client’s explicit authorization, through Google Ads’ own account-linking process. CIRRIUS LeadBridge itself is authorized to call the Google Ads API through a one-time OAuth consent completed by CIRRIUS Business. A client may end this arrangement at any time by unlinking their account from CIRRIUS Business’s manager account in their own Google Ads settings.
What CIRRIUS LeadBridge accesses
CIRRIUS LeadBridge requests read-only access. It retrieves lead activity records associated with a client’s Local Services Ads. For each lead record, this may include:
- Lead type — call, message, or booking
- Lead status
- The date and time the lead was created
- The contact details Google attaches to that lead record, including the consumer’s phone number and extension
- For message-type leads, the text of the message exchanged between the consumer and the client, retrieved solely to include in the notification delivered to the client’s team
CIRRIUS LeadBridge does not request write access. It does not create, modify, or pause campaigns, budgets, bids, or any other setting in a client’s Google Ads account. CIRRIUS LeadBridge does not request or receive the consumer’s name or email address through this integration.
How that data is used
This data is used for a single purpose: to generate a real-time notification delivered into an operational tool the client already uses, such as Microsoft Teams, so that leads are not missed. It is not used for any other purpose.
What we do not do with it
- We do not sell this data.
- We do not transfer or disclose it to any third party, other than delivering the notification to the destination the client has designated.
- We do not use it for advertising, retargeting, or audience building.
- We do not use it to develop, train, or improve any generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
- We do not allow our personnel to read this data, except with the client’s explicit consent, where necessary to resolve a support issue the client has raised, for security purposes, or where required by law.
Retention
Lead data retrieved through the Google Ads API, including any contact details or message content, is used only to generate and deliver the notification, and is not separately stored afterward. To prevent the same lead from being posted more than once, CIRRIUS Business retains a short-lived internal record consisting solely of an identifier for each processed lead, with no contact details or message content attached. That record is automatically deleted after 14 days by a scheduled, automated process.
Limited Use
CIRRIUS Business’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking Access
Clients may revoke CIRRIUS Business’s access to their Google Ads account at any time by unlinking their account from CIRRIUS Business’s manager account in their own Google Ads settings, or by contacting us using the information below. On revocation, CIRRIUS LeadBridge immediately stops retrieving lead data for that account.
